A strong NIL media kit helps brands say yes faster. Here’s what to include.

If you’re a student-athlete serious about landing NIL deals, you need a media kit. Think of it as your personal branding resume—a one-page digital snapshot that shows brands who you are, what you offer, and why they should work with you.

Here’s everything you should include in your NIL media kit (and how to make one quickly and professionally).

1. Your Name, Sport, and School

Start with the basics. Make sure this info is clear and placed at the top of the page.

Example: Taylor Reyes | NCAA DII Volleyball | University of West Georgia

2. Your Personal Bio or Mission Statement

This is where you give brands a quick intro to who you are and what you stand for. Keep it short (2–4 sentences) and focus on your personality, goals, and values.

3. Your Audience + Stats

Even if you don’t have thousands of followers, this section helps brands understand your reach and engagement.

Include:

  • Follower count on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube

  • Average likes, views, or story views

  • Audience age or location (if available)

Pro tip: Use screenshots or insights from your social media accounts to back this up.

4. Photos or Action Shots

Use 1–2 high-quality images that show you in action or reflect your brand. Make sure they’re clear and professional—these images represent your story.

5. Past Collaborations (If Any)

If you’ve worked with any brands before, add their logos and a quick description of what you did. If you haven’t yet, leave this section out for now.

6. Contact Info + Social Handles

End your kit with:

  • Your email

  • Instagram/TikTok usernames

  • Optional: Link to your Linktree, website, or YouTube channel

Bonus: Add Your Logo or Branding Colors

If you’ve created a personal logo or established a color scheme, include them in your media kit. It adds polish and professionalism.

Final Thoughts

Your media kit doesn’t need to be fancy—it just needs to be clear, organized, and aligned with your brand. Update it every few months to reflect your growth and keep it ready to share when opportunities come your way.
